COB stands for "Cooking Outside the Box". Located in Portorož (Piran, Slovenia), COB Restaurant is a fine-dining establishment focusing on Slovenian cuisine. The dishes are prepared with the freshest local ingredients, preserving the original taste of local cuisine. Simultaneously, there's a modern and fun twist to the dining experience: the dishes are presented in interactive ways that tell the stories of the country and attractions of Portorož that visitors shouldn't miss.
