Dark Chocolate Ganache Recipe (enough for 5 truffle cups):
4oz dark chocolate
4oz whipping cream
Few drops of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whipped White Chocolate Ganache (I had quite a bit leftover):
4oz white chocolate
2 oz + 1-2tbsp whipping cream
