Additional Information: Erik Rutan left the tour the previous day, after his house was damaged during Hurricane Helene in Florida. The band continue the tour as a fourpiece with Rob Barrett holding down the guitars. Rumour has it a London promoter put in a call to the venue shortly after booking this tour asking "if they knew what they had let themselves in for?" as the venue is not well known for extreme metal concerts.
