Hey YouTube fam!

Almost two years ago my wife and I bought a house in Nashville with a detached garage with the plan of converting it into a rental property so that we could HOUSE HACK. It has taken about a year to get to where we are today and it has been a fun adventure!

In this video I go reveal the before and after photos and also I breakdown the cost of doing a project like this! We demo'd, did rough in plumbing & electrical, excavated, poured the concrete slab, framed the bedrooms, bathroom & closed in the garage door along with putting in the windows and a ton more!
