A bomb exploded in a new Mercedes Benz in downtown Moscow on Friday (21/3) killing the driver and injuring another person. Police say they have no suspects as yet.
The dead man was identified as Anatoly Franskevitch, an aide to Member of Parliament Alexander Filatov, of ultra-nationalist Vladimir Zhirinovsky's Liberal Democratic Party (LPDR).
The Mercedes blew up on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, an avenue where many foreign company offices and expensive shops are located.
