Multilingual Page Publishing for SharePoint modern pages is available in Targeted Release.
How do you turn it on, and how do you use it? Here is a simple guide to creating these pages.
SharePoint's out-of-the-box feature does not include machine translation, only manual human translation by asking translators to edit copies of the page. However you can have automatic machine translation of those pages by turning on PointFire Translator automation, available in more than 50 languages
