Step-by-step guide on removing / replacing front emblem on Chevy Tahoe. ( 2007 | 2008 | 2009 | 2010 | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 ). There are 2 fasteners holding the emblem in place which have to be removed. Emblems on Chevrolets are also often glued.

It is a very common issue that yellow plastic part of emblem falls off. It is only glued to the back part of the emblem.
You might want to take off existing Chevy Tahoe emblem and repaint it, or install completely new front chevrolet sign. Whichever you prefer.
On the Tahoe on this video I will be repainting the front emblem in flat black, and it will go very nice with flat black rims.
