All of Mario's voice clips from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, provided by Charles Martinet and reused in both versions of Smash 4. His voice here sounds like a raspier version of his Super Mario Galaxy voice, and a few of his minor grunts are indeed reused from that game. That said, his "Oh yeah!" and "Hee-yah!" voice clips were originally recorded for Smash 64, as Smash 64 was originally meant to have Final Smashes.
