Dalia Beach is in the North of Morocco & is about 55km away from Tangiers.and only 8 miles away from Spain (the mountains ahead in front of you is Spain)
it is a beautiful beach il looks calm blue & Magical just to look at it . But it is also dangerous especially in the afternoon after 4 pm as the sea currents change.
Just dont try to swim closer to port stones on the right side of the beach or( the video) as the currents may push you further inside the sea and behind the white rocks in the port section as you can see and it will be hard for you to swim back to the shore even though you are an experienced swimmer belive me you will struggle to come out.
(the sea looks calm but there is always Rip currents or as we called them rivers running about 3 km an hour underneath the sea level)
So Stay calm & especially Dont panic &
swim calmly if you can Dont try to waste your energy by trying to swim harder &faster.it is not gonna help. .
you have to wave with your hands for help to the nearest small local blue fishing boats that are going back and forth which will probably come cross your way.
Note: Lifeguards on the right side of this beach are non existant and very slow to react to any incident.
