A big push for the Hindu Aastha as the Uttarakhand government has decided to repeal the Char Dham bill. The temples are now being freed from the government control, a campaign which gained massive momentum in the recent past. The announcement of repealing the Char Dham bill was made by former Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat, and even before he could execute it, Tirath Singh Rawat had to step down from his position. It is a big win for the Mukt Karo Mandir campaign. However, it is yet to be seen if the other states will follow the lead of Uttarakhand government?
