"O Sacrum Convivium" by Thomas Tallis is based upon the Latin text written by St Thomas Aquinas honoring the Blessed Sacrament. . Tallis initially created the music as an instrumental fantasia, then adapted it to the English text "I call and cry to Thee", and the Latin "O Sacrum Convivium", a Vespers antiphon for Corpus Christi.
