We spend time learning about fictional characters in a fictional universe, so why not take that a level deeper? Today, we're exploring the heroes that are fictional to the fictional people of the Fallout universe. And while other publications feature some other heroes (we'll get to those later), we're only looking at the franchises that the pre-War publishing house, Hubris Comics, has come up with.
