This video demonstrates how to use Jpred 4 in multiple sequence alignment mode. JPred 4 is a web based protein secondary structure predictor, that can run in all of the major browsers ([ Ссылка ]). In addition to protein secondary structure JPred also makes predictions on Solvent Accessibility and Coiled-coil regions (Lupas method).
