The King Cobra (Ophiophagus hannah) growing to nearly 18 feet in length is the longest venomous snake in the world. The breeding season of the King Cobra starts in February and it is a time when males get highly strung in each others presence.
People who are lucky enough to witness male combat usually mistake it for some strange mating dance, but it's more of a male-male wrestling match. The first to pin down his opponent wins exclusive mating rights over the waiting female.
