Audit Training of Trainers Virtual Workshop: Responding to Non-Compliance with Laws and Regulations (NOCLAR), 26 April 2017
This virtual workshop covered the background, scope, objective, expected outcomes, key elements and other requirements of the new ethical standard "Responding to Non-Compliance with Laws and Regulations (NOCLAR)".
It featured a presentation on the requirements of NOCLAR for auditors and other professional accountants by Richard Fleck, Deputy Chair, International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA), and Ken Siong, Technical Director, IESBA.
