Ingredients

Turmeric powder 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tbsp
salt to taste
curd 1 tbsp

green chilly 10 no's ( crushed)

chopped coriander and mint leaves
oil
ghee 1 tbsp
for biriyani masala
fennel seeds
cloves
cardamom
sha jeera
poppy seeds ( kus kus)
nutmeg 1/4 tsp
bayleaf
star anise
pepper (black)
for rice
jeerakashala rice 3 cup
whole spices
ghee
lemon juice
salt
hot water 5 1/2 - 6 cup
2 onions for fry ( bistha)
cashews & raisins
rose water
saffron & 2 tbsp milk
ghee
