Microsoft have now announced the new Fabric Org App. The advantages for using this instead of the Power BI App include:
You can create multiple apps per workspace
You can include notebooks and real-time dashboards as well as Reports, dashboards and links.
Users will see the current version of the report, not the version when the App was published.
Permission to use semantic models in other workspaces is granted automatically, and they are automatically removed when the app is removed.
You can grant users the "Share" app permission.
You can also hide the navigation menu, and use a list-based landing page (an overview) instead.
