Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell launched an attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as Congress got back to work Monday, accusing her of stopping a COVID relief package. Hopes of any form of bailout for millions of unemployed before 2021 are fading rapidly unless the two can come to an agreement on a bailout plan within days. But as the Senate resumed business, the Republican majority leader claimed it was the Democrats' most powerful woman who was standing in the way of a deal.
