Tamarind- gooseberry size
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger paste-1/2 tsp
Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Sambar powder-1 tsp
Curry masala-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt as required
Seasoning
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urud dal- 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
