If you ever make the mistake of sending money to the wrong person via UPI , here's what you need to do to get your money back:
First, If you have used any third party apps, raise a complaint on that app regarding the wrong transaction.
Second, If your grievance is not resolved. Then raise a complaint with your bank and on the NPCI website (NPCI.org.in).
Third, even after doing the above steps, if your complaint is not resolved. Then you can approach the Banking Ombudsman.
