Elizabeth Luzardo is the Senior Director of Talent Strategy and Operations at iHerb, LLC - a global health and wellness company that has just celebrated its 28th anniversary and is on a mission to make health and wellness accessible to all. Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing employee first programs across a variety of industries from high tech to hospitality. Elizabeth has her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida - Go Gators! She is passionate about learning and coaching team members while using technology, analytics, and process improvement methods to further the people mission of global organizations. Elizabeth has successfully deployed culture, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging projects and worked with executives on aligning corporate goals with employee performance at both private and public organizations, pre and post IPO. She is a proud wife and mother of two little boys that help challenge her Maximizer strength each and every day.

Katie Humble is a Senior Workplace Advisor at Gallup where she offers expertise around employee engagement, organizational development, change leadership, culture, and coaching. As a Certified Strengths Coach, she has conducted 200+ coaching sessions resulting in improved employee engagement and organizational performance metrics. Beyond her work with clients, she plays a pivotal role in mentoring others as a team lead for Gallup’s advisory interns. Humble earned her Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and currently serves as the first alumni member of the Clifton Strengths Institute Advisory Board. She earned her Master of Science in organizational leadership from Creighton University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new foods and playing pickleball.
