Despite the federal eviction moratorium being extended, evictions have increased in Southern Indiana. The question is how? Let me explain.
TracK: The federal eviction moratorium has been extended until March 31st. But Angela Graft, the executive director of the Hope Southern Indiana says that isn't stopping evictions.
"There are loopholes," Graft said. "It is not a blanket statement that you cannot be evicted. You can be evicted for non-payment of rent."
