Welcome to this great beginner yoga class for strength! It can be your perfect lunch break yoga class that will provide you with a short, intense yoga workout!
This class is especially designed for beginners, there will be a lot more information and cueing, but you will still get a full body experience. The class is designed as a flow, stiching one pose into another creating a dynamic and fluid experience. You will move with your breath, allowing the steady pace of your inhales and exhales guide you on your mat.
Even if you've been doing a lot of yoga, there might be some nuggets of information and wisdom in here, so try it out and enjoy the flow!
