Through the history portion of the video various household items from the early 1900s are shown: Waffle makers, telephones, manufacturing plants and electrical outlets are shown. Then the young Senator Billig stands in front of a waterfall in Spokane Washington as he talks passionately about reducing PCBs. Finally, the video shows a flow chart of PCBs moving through the food chain and then accumulating in humans before ending with a view of a cliff near Bellingham Washington that overlooks the Samish Bay.
