Chief White is the new CEO of the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, officials announced Wednesday.

DWIHN serves children and adults with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, people with autism, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those with substance use disorder, according to the agency's website.
