Bailen Cavite or Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Cavite celebrating their annual town fiesta. This 2019, various marching bands from Cavite battle for the Drill and Marching Band Parade competition.

In February 9, the drill competition was held at the Bailen plaza. Six bands battled for the Best Band Drill, Best Group Majorette and Best Colour Guards.

While on the second day February 10, the parade competition happened and the 6 bands competed for the Best Marching title.

St. Joseph Band 98 is guest band or host band.
