Have you ever wondered what it takes to actually make a salary from a small business. Maybe you have always dreamed of opening your own cafe/bakery/retail store. Well in this video I wanted to give you the inside scoop of some the ups and downs we had in our grocery store over the last four years.

Today I am giving an update on my salary after running my grocery store for almost 4 years.

Has it been an easy ride.... no. Do I really have anything to complain about.... no. As long as we have survived these last crazy years I think thats an accomplishment in itself. Being able to take a decent salary at this point I think is the ice cream on the cake.

We heavily reinvested into this store to expand it as much as possible and brought it to where it is today. I'm really not sure there would be another way to start something like this unless you were heavily funded by yourself or an investor.
