The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended trading of Bharat Global Discovery Ltd (BGDL) due to fake disclosures and misrepresentation of financials. SEBI found that BGDL made false claims of orders from prominent companies, including McCain, RIL, UPL, and Tata, and dumped shares on investors at manipulated prices.
