MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE for 20 cm / 8 inches cake pan
240 grams sifted flour
75 grams sifted cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
400 grams sugar
2 eggs
240 ml of milk
200-240 ml boiling water
40 ml espresso coffee (optional)
rum essense or vanilla extract
120 ml vegetable oil
CHOCOLATE CAKE FILLING
80 grams sugar
35 grams cocoa powder
35 grams sifted cornstrach
350 ml of milk
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
200 ml of whipping cream (hot cream)
400 grams dark chocolate
2 INGREDIENTS MARSHMALLOW FONDANT RECIPE
200 grams any size or color marshmallow
400 grams powdere sugar
1 tbsp of water
For cold weather1-2 tbsp
For Hot weather even without water is very much fine
