Water - 200 ml
Onion diced - 1 cup
Cashew nut - 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Onion cashew nut paste - 2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Methi fresh - 3 cup
Mushroom - 1 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE
1. Boil diced onion and cashew nut with some turmeric and salt give it a good boil until soften. Allow it to cool down and make a fine paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan saute ginger garlic paste turmeric, red chilli, coriander, garam masala and jeera powder and mix well. Add water and saute until oil separates.
3. Now add onion and cashew nut paste stir well and add tomato puree. Add water mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes.
4. Take another pan heat oil to saute cumin, fresh methi leaves, mushroom and green peas add salt to taste.
5. Now add sauteed veggies in the base mix it well turn off the flame. 6. Finish the product with melted butter, chili powder and fresh chopped coriander.
7. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
