We have seen an increase in overall total sales along with almost 50% in property value since 2018. If you have owned your home prior to 2018 you should be in a good place regarding your home equity.

With the increase in rates over the past 2 years we can also notice a decline in overall sales along with property appreciation at a much lower rate.
