If NADRA has recorded your wrong Date of birth in its record. Now you want to rectify it. There are two ways, which I am going to explain in this videos. As per NADRA Policy, the criteria for changing of date of birth upto 5 years is different and more than 5 years is different. However, if NADRA does not correct the date of birth in its record, one may approach to Civil Court and file a suit for Declaration and Mandatory Injunction for correction of date of birth in NADRA record. The NADRA Counsel appears and defend the suit filed by applicant.
