Free play in offside top mount suspension on a 2009 Vauxhall Corsa-D VXR. Nearside has no play. Note: car was jacked up at the time.

Update: The Corsa uses floating top mount suspension, in other words its supposed to be like that only when you jack up the front of the car (ie the suspension is hanging down). When weight is back down on the car (ie not jacked up) then the suspension should not move. Common mistake to fail this during a MoT. There are a few other cars o the market that do the same.
