Yesterday we brought you the story of a newborn baby who was miraculously found alive after being dumped into a six feet deep pit latrine allegedly by her mother immediately after birth in Gwafu village, Goma sub county. Police in Mukono arrested the Christine Nansimbwe from her home in Goma division at around 10 am after receiving treatment from a nearby health unit. Nansimbwe who was paraded before residents of Goma division is now in police custody and faces charges of attempted murder.
