We all like to be helpful when someone is experiencing emotional pain, yet sometimes we hesitate to offer support because we don’t know what to say or how to solve their problems. However, as a crisis line volunteer, Nash Fung learned that those self-perceived incapabilities can actually help us provide better emotional support.
Nash Fung is a keynote speaker who uses magic to inspire his audience. Since 2005 he works as a professional magician by day and a crisis line volunteer by night. This unique journey taught him many meaningful lessons on empathy and human connections. As a keynote speaker, he shares these lessons to empower his audiences to create a more supportive & compassionate culture. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at [ Ссылка ]
