Today I have brought to my very own recipe of ‘Coconut Cookies in Air Fryer’. The dish is both nutritious and delicious while being extremely easy to make. It is a bakery-style eggless dessert that you can make quickly, store and enjoy for a few weeks. You can also make this same recipe in an oven if you do not have an air fryer. Moreover, here I have not added any other flavour because we like the taste of coconut just like that, but if you want, you can also add vanilla essence or elaichi/cardamom powder to the dough. So do absolutely try this recipe at home as I can guaranty that you and your family and friends will love it for sure.
