RTÉ News reports on the death of Grammy-winning American folk musician and singer Nanci Griffith. A regular visitor to Ireland, Griffith's version of "From a Distance" was a top 10 hit in Ireland in 1988. Griffith, who battled cancer and later struggled with alcoholism, died of natural causes in Nashville at the age of 68.
