This type of job is called Mini-Job
Right now you are paid 450€ but from October 2022 it will increase to 520€
Marginal employment (German: geringfügige Beschäftigung), also called a mini job or €450 job, is an employment relationship with a low absolute level of earnings or of short duration of few weeks or months.
Keep in mind; the mini-jobs do not qualify you for a work permit in Germany. The point of the mini-job is to offer the employee a small but tax-free income. The mini-job is also helpful to the employer because they receive a break and pay less taxes and fees for those mini-job employees.
Can we do 2 mini-jobs in Germany?
The short answer: yes! The long answer: but you might not want to. While Mini-Jobs in Germany are enticing because of their lack of tax liability or social contribution – remember the earning cap of 450 euros per month (or 5400 per year). You can have two or three mini-jobs if you'd like. If you do 2-3 part time jobs, and you earn more than €9984 then you will pay tax on that amount.
📌 🇩🇪 Hope this helps 🙌
