Here's an easy and simple Italian recipe for stuffed peppers with Italian goodness in each bite! This is a recipe given to me by my in-laws and I'm so glad because it is my favorite way of stuffing peppers. I use cubanelle peppers which are often called Italian stuffing peppers. We don't use green bell peppers but you can try it, but the flavor will be slightly different.

The inside of the cubanelles are filled with ground beef, onions, cheese, and more. It's a simple and delicious Italian recipe that I know you'll love! This recipe is perfect for dinners and can be served with some bread or pasta. Store any leftovers in the freezer or make them in advance for meal prep. They bake in the oven and don't require a heavy sauce or anything. They are Delicious!
