INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mochiko flour
1/3 cup water
2 tsp ube flavoring
2 medium size purple sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 pieces steamed saba bananas, cut into bite size chunks
1/2 cup mini tapioca pearls, boiled
1 (10 oz) canned jack fruit, cut into strips
2 cups water
3 (13.5 oz) cans of coconut milk
3/4 cups sugar (add more if your prefer it sweeter)
