I love spending time at the lake cabin. Today I had some baguettes leftover from the night before, so I decided I was going to make a breakfast banh mi with garlic kielbasa, Canadian bacon, fried eggs, and all the usual Vietnamese banh mi ingredients.

Ingredients: (you can obviously use any meats you'd like)
baguette
garlic kielbasa
Canadian bacon
fried egg
mayo (I like using Kewpie)
Sriracha
cucumber
cilantro
black pepper (all the meats have enough salt)
pickled carrots and daikon
Pickled Carrots and Daikon recipe: (can keep in fridge for a couple weeks)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded daikon
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
