Watch this grey squirrel as he builds a drey inside a nest box that has already been claimed by a tawny owl. It takes him all day, this footage is just from the first hour. Watch as the squirrel tries to carry sticks that are too long into the cavity. It works out fairly quickly how to knaw the sticks down to size so that it can get them in!
