“Breema is the activity of the body when I am present. Breema eventually, hopefully becomes any moment of my life that I am present. Because my body always has an activity, even if I think I’m staying still. There are millions of activities going on.
“I have a job to do, which is ‘can I bring myself to be present’, or at least ‘can I take a step in the direction of becoming present.’
“She becomes just a support for me to do that so immediately because my relationship to her is one of gratitude, of no judgment and no criticism. She experiences that without words just by my atmosphere, I’m communicating what my inner attitude is all the time. I can’t do anything to disguise it, so I have to accept her as she is and myself as I am.
“I see that when I practice Breema and I’m following the form–that this is an authority that I can accept. I follow that form and this gives me a chance to see Pari–this is his image, this is his habitually doing, this is his tendencies, with the way he wants to particularly express himself, then this can go into the background.
“This way I can see Pari’s tendencies and the reality of pureness of the moment with that person. I could also say that it becomes clean, it becomes a very clean experience without any extra.
“I especially value in Breema that we meet in the present without expecting a future outcome but to savour the experience of tasting aliveness through our meeting in this present moment.”
