we are passionately demonstrating the art of Herb Rice with Fried Fish also known as SabziPolo ba Mahi,
popular for the fact that it is traditionally cooked and served on the first day of the Persian New Year (Nowrouz).
The crispiness from the beautifully fried fish drizzled with lemon juice, and the fresh feeling from the herb rice
with a bite from that Tahdig is what most Persians look forward to every year. Well, at least I do.
