Hola Beauties! I am reviewing the Color Perfect Liquid Makeup (Foundation) from Black Radiance! It comes in 12 beautiful shades that cater to women of color. The foundation contains 1 fl oz of product and is cruelty free! I purchased mine from Target for ONLY $3.89! I have NEVER purchased a foundation so cheap before!
