Today I'll be comparing two popular blanc vermouths in the classic El Presidente cocktail. We'll be using Comoz Blanc and La Pivon Bianco, both delicious vermouths. La Pivon is a Spanish Vermouth that has a nice herbalness to it. Comoz is actually the vermouth originally called for in the El Presidente!

El Presidente:
1.5 oz Probitas (Veritas) Rum
.75 oz Blanc Vermouth
.5 oz Orange Liqueur (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacau)
1 Bar Spoon Grenadine

So grab a shaker and join us as we mix up two El Presidentes and see which white vermouth reigns supreme.
