NU’EST, who was back as cartoon-idols with differentiated music performance and looks last February is coming back on August 29th with a more shocking and upgraded mini album, NU’EST 5th Mini Album ‘CANVAS’.
The album’s title song ‘Love Paint (every afternoon)’ is made only for NU’EST. The song is based on Future base and R&B along with classical orchestra sound added to it. The detailed and sentimental melody as well as the trendy and strong melody makes BAEKHO and Minhyun’s voice stand out even more. The lyric describes the album name ‘CANVAS’ in a very trendy way, and for the making of this song Mafly and BUMZU, who made songs for all NU’EST members as well as TAEYEON, Girls’ Generation, TVXQ! and Kara, got together.

去る2月、差別化された音楽とパフォーマンス、そしてビジュアルでコミック・アイドルとして生まれ変わったNU’ESTが、来る8月29日の深夜、より破格的でアップグレードされた姿のミニアルバム、NU'EST5th Mini Album『CANVAS』を発表する。
今回のアルバムのタイトル曲「Love Paint(every afternoon)」は、フューチャーベースとR＆Bを基盤にクラシックなオーケストラ・サウンドをのせたNU’ESTためだけに作られた曲である。ディテールで感性的なメロディーと、ペクホとミンヒョンのボーカルとしての魅力を最大化させた洗練されて力強いメロディーが印象的。アルバム名である『CANVAS』という言葉を最もよく表現した叙情的ながらも感覚的な歌詞は、NU’ESTのメンバー全員と、テヨン、少女時代、東方神起、KARAなどの曲を作詞した有名作詞家‘Mafly’、そして‘BUMZU’の意気投合で完成された。

이번 앨범의 타이틀곡 'Love Paint (every afternoon)'는 퓨처베이스와 R&B를 기반으로 클래식한 오케스트라 사운드를 얹은 뉴이스트만을 위해 만들어진 곡이다. 디테일하고 감성적인 멜로디와 백호와 민현의 보컬로서의 매력을 극대화 시킨 세련되고 힘찬 멜로디가 인상적이다. 앨범명인 'CANVAS'라는 단어를 가장 잘 표현해 놓은 서정적이면서도 감각적인 가사는 뉴이스트 전 멤버와 태연, 소녀시대, 동방신기, 카라 등의 곡을 작사한 유명 작사가 Mafly 그리고 BUMZU의 의기투합으로 완성되었다.
