In today's lesson, we will teach you how to auto archive email in Outlook.
Open Outlook app.
Right-click on the folder you want to archive. Select Properties from the list. Go to AutoArchive tab. Check Archive items in this folder using the default settings option. Click on Default Archive Settings. Check Run AutoArchive every days option. Set the number of days. Click Ok.
You can also use different archive option in the same window. Check Archive this folder using these settings option. Set up needed settings. Click on Apply and Ok.
