One of the invisible parts of wage and equality is opportunity and equality. On average it takes women twice as long to be promoted if they have equal experience and education.
Women need to be talked about and we need to be examining these things.
Latino women are making .55 cents on the dollar.
Black women are making .63 cents on the dollar.
White women are making .78 cents on the dollar.
We have to make fair pay laws the norm nationwide. No one can do this for us. WE have to do it! It's critical for everything we all want.
