Are these whisky labels previews of what the 2023 Diageo Special release Single Malt Scotch Whiskies will be? Nothing has been announced officially and with certainty, but judging from widely circulated pictures of the bottles, the labels, and now advertisements for their sale in some whisky publications it seems that these very well could be the 8 Single Malt Scotch Whiskies that will be released for 2023. If we have it correct this should mean we will see the release of 8 new cask strength single malt Scotch whiskies from Diageo. Most will come from distilleries we are very familiar with. These include Scotch whiskies from Lagavulin on Islay, Talisker on Skye, Oban in the western highlands, and Clynelish in the northern Highlands. Also included are Mortlach and Glendullan in the Speyside, Glenkinchie in the lowlands and one Single Malt Scotch Whisky distillery that has never released a whisky before.
